(Extra)ordinary consulting

I was talking to a potential client the other day and we got to discussing why she should hire us, over some of the other so-called “workforce management consulting companies”. Or “what about some of the bigger consulting companies” she said, “what do you have that they don’t?”.
Some good questions, and no doubt questions that I’d expect any potential client to ask, whether they’re talking to us or other consultants. And if I was on the client-side, I’d ask the same.
So my answer was simple… (extra)ordinary consulting.
Sure everybody talks about experience, capabilities, methodologies, etc. I could talk about that stuff till the cows come home. But what difference is it to you? We all have these and at the end of the day, its just the same pig with different lipstick, don’t let anybody fool you. But our people, our approach, and our style is what separates us from the pack.
We choose to think differently, to juxtapose the realities of business with the potential of technology in a global marketplace. In short, we choose to be (extra)ordinary consultants.
As a company, we make it our goal to build long-lasting relationships with our clients… relationships that transcend beyond our engagement. We invest the time to understand not only our clients’ business, but also our clients as people.
Our passion and love for our clients, pushes us to do more, to go out of our way, and to deliver beyond our client’s expectations. Because we care, because we’re family, because we’re (extra)ordinary consultants.
