Everybody’s competing for talent

As I continue to grow my business, one of the biggest challenges I’m faced with is accessing good talent.
And I know I’m not alone. My competitors, clients and even partners have this same challenge. There’s a lot of talk about finding good talent and lately a lot of applications have sprung out to help organizations do just this, in as little time as possible.
On my recent trip to the HR Technology Conference in Chicago, I had commented about how there were Talent Management companies everywhere. And with Kronos’ recent acquisition of Deploy, its clear that things are going to get pretty exciting in a short period of time. In fact, even Kronos, the “Workforce Management Experts” are talking about their efforts to attract and retain the best talent possible.
With all of your competitors, suppliers and partners competing for the same resources, what are you doing to attract and retain the best talent possible?
